This is a set of teapot coaster and teacup coasters made using the "Mokuzogan" technique which fits multi-colored wood into a sculpted wood surface to create a cherry blossom and colored leaf design. Winner of the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Award in the 38th Japan Recommended Sightseeing Souvenir Contest.
