The Ise cotton fabric is a comfy, quality kimono fabric has been woven painstakingly in 100-year-old Toyota looms.
This item's Ise cotton has been water-repellent processed, making for an ethical bag that aims to give you improved durability and water resistance.

In a modern pattern devised by a renowned Kyoto textile designer.
Tenugui fabric is dyed after the cloth is woven. However, this is pre-dyed, so is woven after the threads have been dyed.
The only Ise cotton textile manufacturer, "Ise-Momen", has Ise cotton patterns that have been evolved since the Edo period until modern times to meet the needs of customers.
