Mirror-finishing makes products very shiny just like mirrors reflecting objects. It produces a clean and fresh atmosphere. The tip of the handle is rounded so it won't be painful even if you strongly grip it. This knife which is even and smooth looks as if it were shaved from a tree. This SIRIUS dinner knife has a wave blade with one side that is semicircle-notched. It's very sharp but doesn't damage dishes as much as serrated blades.
