Takamori makie is Japanese patterns and feng shui patterns designed by painters which have a slightly raised 3D appearance.
"Fine Wind, Clear Morning" (also known as "Red Fuji") from the Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji depicts a red-tinged mountain bathed in the early morning light of summer. The mountain is struck by the morning light, creating a bright, red appearance. The magnificently drawn piece shows this brief moment with a compact composition and dynamic coloration.
