●Instructions: Hold arms with both hands and open and close with moderate force to massage.
・For an effective neck massage: Hold so that the grip portion of the handle fits against the fingers, sandwich vertically against the neck and open/close handle.
・For a deeper neck massage: Lift the handles to the left and right. A vertical angle will be created by the ball position and you can massage near the head.
