This black blade kennata knife, which is designated a traditional craft by the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry as well by Chiba Prefecture, is completely hand-made.
A carefully-crafted hand-made kennata knife created by an artisan using the traditional techniques of a blacksmiths passed down since a long time ago. An extremely rare, supreme item worked on by a one-of-a-kind chef knife artisan in Japan.

・Should rust appear, it is necessary to sharpen using a grindstone etc. so, in regards to knife handling & storing, please kindly check yourself before purchasing.
