[Ingredients for 2 Servings]
1 potato (peeled,​ cut into 4-6 pieces)
1/4 carrot (peeled,​ cut into wedges)
1/4 onion (peeled,​ cut into wedges)
80g thinly sliced beef (cut into approx. 5cm length pieces)
280ml water
3 pieces of curry roux (approx. 60g)
[Recipe]
1.Put ingredients into curry pot,​ gently mix and put on lid.
2.Heat (1) in the microwave at 500W for approx. 15 minutes.
3.Remove from the microwave,​ stir well and serve.
